Traditional classes

The lessons are designed on the needs of each participant, just like a tailor models, cuts and sews a dress tailored to its customer.
Our primary goal is your well being; we will start with a trial lesson (free), during which our staff will observe and evaluate the particular needs of each participant. Once evaluated, we will choose the best set of exercises and equipment to be used for the following lessons where, precisely, Classic Pilates protocol will be adapted to individual needs.
We will try to always do our best to meet the needs of time and availability of each, varying if necessary, appointments from time to time according to your requests.

All of our classes can be taught in English, if requested.
